Here is my copy of save data from Doko Demo Issyo: Let's go to School.  This data was constructed on real hardware by importing all words learnt from a Doko Demo Issyo save data file.

PocketStation Official English Manual

 The Sony PocketStation never was released outside of Japan, or so people think.  But, it did actually get released in limited numbers in Hong Kong, and because at the time (1999/2000) Hong Kong hand only just been handed back by the British to the Chinese ( big mistake! ), English was still very widely spoken.
