PocketStation Official English Manual

 The Sony PocketStation never was released outside of Japan, or so people think.  But, it did actually get released in limited numbers in Hong Kong, and because at the time (1999/2000) Hong Kong hand only just been handed back by the British to the Chinese ( big mistake! ), English was still very widely spoken.
