Here is a save file for Policenauts.  This will get you past the opening chapter and to the start of Act one.

In fact it will put you at the information desk of BCPD just after you have found out that "Ed" nows in the Junkyard dept.

 The Sony PocketStation never was released outside of Japan, or so people think.  But, it did actually get released in limited numbers in Hong Kong, and because at the time (1999/2000) Hong Kong hand only just been handed back by the British to the Chinese ( big mistake! ), English was still very widely spoken.
