This is a save game for Ridge Racer, the Japanese version on PS1.  This save gives you all the cars from shooting down all the bad guys in the Galaxian Mini game, and the first stage has been cleared in 1st place.

 The Sony PocketStation never was released outside of Japan, or so people think.  But, it did actually get released in limited numbers in Hong Kong, and because at the time (1999/2000) Hong Kong hand only just been handed back by the British to the Chinese ( big mistake! ), English was still very widely spoken.
